The hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the busy city. The rooms are tastefully designed and clean. The staff is helpful and accommodating, especially the porch staff. The bar offers delicious tandoori chicken at affordable rates.
The receptionists have difficulty speaking and understanding English.

The staff were very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. The room was comfortable with plenty of space and had a great view of the city. The restaurant on-site offered delicious food and had a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel is located in a convenient location with easy access to public transport and key attractions.
The bathroom was a bit small and cramped which was not ideal. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty and unreliable at times which made it difficult to stay connected to the internet.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. the water in the shower was often cold, and we had to contact reception and wait to have hot water.

Spending my Christmas holiday in this hotel was a great experience. The rooms were nicely designed and very clean and tidy. One of my favorite aspects was the delicious food offered at the restaurant. The hotel was also located in the heart of the city, which made it easy to access all the tourist attractions. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible.
I did have a few small complaints about my stay. One of the worst aspects was the noise from the street outside.
